A Few Tips to Keep Your Candles Like New

  •  The first time that you burn your candle, make sure you burn the candle for 2 hours so that your candle can form a full and complete melting pool. If you burn your candle for a short period of time (less than 2 hours), you will experience tunneling.

  • Do NOT let your candle burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

  • If you do experience tunneling for whatever reason, simply put a piece of aluminum foil over the top of the candle. Cut a hole around the wick ( big enough so the foil will not get too hot). Light your wick, and let it burn for about 20-30 minutes. Remove the aluminum foil. Your candle will have a full melting pool.

  • To keep your wick neat and clean, simply trim the wick after continuous burning. We offer wick trimmers in our Shop under Accessories.

  • With our Vibrant Tin Candles Collection, you have a few options to keep the fragrance and get the most of your candle. If your wax gets too low and you still want the fragrance, simply put your tin on a warmer. We will be offering warmers soon!

  • The beautiful thing about Victoria's Collections product is that our vessels are reusable. Sometimes after we burn our candles, we do not find a use for our vessels. With V's Signature Collection and Pina Collection, you are able to use your vessels as decoration, keepsake, storage of jewelry, makeup, collectibles, or whatever you have that will fit in these elegant vessels.

  • Keep in mind, our products are all-natural. You may experience some frosting. That is white chalky particles on the candle. This is normal for Natural Soy Candles. This does not affect the burn nor the fragrances.
